Before we can ship your order, Elf Sack needs 2-3 days to prepare your products, does strict quality-control tests and carefully packages the items.
   Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.
    All orders are shipped from China. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination county and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Tracking Method: 
    After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for the courier company. Depending on the chosen courier, there may sometimes be a delay of one working day between dispatching your order from our warehouse in China and obtaining the shipping tracking number. Please be patient. Most orders take 1-3 days to complete the verification, packing and dispatch process.
